Absolutely amazing place! Great family atmosphere and the instructor is out of this world great! Can't recommend highly enough!

Great place with great people. I signed my son up for Hapkido classes and I eventually ended up taking the adult Cardio Kickboxing classes and private strength training sessions with Mr. Chris. This place has become like our second home as it is such a welcoming environment.

Mr. Chris is great with kids of all ages and keeps testing adults... keeping things fun for me, yet making it challenging enough that both my husband and myself plan on being around for years to come. Our 5yo loves class and always looks forward to being there.
